Themes tab

Hi all!!

Sorry, I don't know who is in charge of the website, so I hope don't 
bother anyone sending to here... this is just a sugestion to add a tab 
on the website where people could upload themes for pidgin because it is 
so hard to find themes made specialy to pidgin ... the most I found came 
from adium conversion ...
Well .. thanks folks, I hope to see a pidgin version for android soon :) 
, you guys made a wonderful job.
