file transfers

hello

whenever i try to send more than one file at once per pidgin, all current
transfers get cancelled.

it is also impossible to send files to trillian users.

i use the IM's to actually send files, like large videos i have captured
playing skyrim to share experience. when i want to send different parts to
increse the transfer rate (pidgin caps at 1.5 mb/s - i have fiber, i.e i
can use up to 150 mbps) my plan fails due to that issue.

please remove the speed cap, enable the users to send several files at once
and... please make it viable to send files to everyone.
