Message Offline with pidgin

First, sorry for my bad english

 

Can you inform me if the pidgin accept :  that i can send a message to my
friends, <  Message offline <  , when my friends is offline.   And , if my
message will be received when my friends will be connect in pidgin

 

And , if ii have needs a pidgin plugin for applied this message offline
