Having problems

Just downloaded pidgin this evening and I am not a computer wizard so excuse
me for my lack of tech savy.

What I see to be a problem is that is say's in the box at the bottom
disabled with a red minus sign it also says incorrect password.

I went to the account tab and tried to enable but nothing worked, I even
tried to change the password but still no Cigar!

 

Any help would be appreciated very much,
