Password reset

I'm having trouble figuring out how to reset my password. I can't find any FAQ that tells me how on your help site. Please advise how I go about doing this, I have forgotten my password. My email I use for pidgin is Irene_arielle at yahoo.com<mailto:Irene_arielle at yahoo.com>
