Log in error for pidgin

Hi, there.
I’m sw.ha / new comer as a sales director of Criteo korea, having problem with logging in pidgin.
Though I followed all guidelines for signing in pidgin, whenever I try log in here, It shows the error
Sign as “Not authorized”
Please check what’s wrong with my pidgin account and anser me Asap.
