gnu aspell

Hey guys,

Been using Pidgin for years, keep up the good work. I have a minor issue
that I wanted to make sure you are aware of. The last several versions, the
installer is unable to download gnu aspell for USA English, I believe it is
linked to an expired hyperlink for the aspell download. I realize I can
download and setup aspell manually, it would still be nice to see this
fixed in future installers.

I have not confirmed if it's working for other languages.
