Remove does not permanently remove buddy

Dana Marcell spake unto us the following wisdom:

We're going to need more information, starting with what service
you're using.  However, the answer is probably that you are using a
corporate IM service, Facebook, or some similar system that prevents
you from manipulating the buddy list within an IM client.  In this
case, you'll have to remove the buddy from whatever the primary source
for your buddy list is.  (Corporate LDAP, your Facebook friend list,
etc.)
