My status on pidgin is showing differently than what I am

Hi,

 

It was brought up to my attention that my status is constantly "red - in a meeting" to others when on my machine it's shoing available or away. I can't seem to fix this.

 

Can you please assist?

 

My version is  Pidgin 2.10.6 (libpurple 2.10.6)
