XEP-0313 support

Hi, i want to clairify if XEP-0313 is supported in Pidgin. Looking at
commits mentioning XEP-0313, such support seems to be merged into
Adium client (but i don't own a mac pc to check). What about Pidgin, i
see no UI options to use it, and practically it does not fetch any
message archives from server.
I'd like to know even if there's some experimental work in progress on
the topic.
Also i would thank to somebody who tells me about other
fully-functional client apps supporting this XEP.
