To someone who concerns

Hello, Good afternoon.

I don't know if it is OK, but ihave a question to ask you about my 
pidgin settings.
If it is OK, could you please help me to work it out?

I log in my pidgin. And click 'Tools' 'Preferences''Logging' and check 
every box, and even in the option of my buddy , i checked as 'enable 
logging', but every time the history of my chats are not saved.I can't 
find the important information I get in my chats .


Please help me.
