Pidgin getting disconnected

Hirena,

Are you using the paid version of Olark?  They support pidgin and you
should probably follow their troubleshooting guide and contact their
technical support before reporting a bug.

If you've already done this, please have them contact the Pidgin mailing
list, as the technical details would be needed to open a proper bug report.
