pidgin 2.10 not sending sms text through google account - error included

I am getting an error anytime I try to send an SMS text message to my cell
phone, or any cell phone I have tested with, and in any format I enter the
phone number (i.e. +1x at isp.com, 1x at isp.com, x at isp.com, +x at isp.com).  Please
let me know what I need to do to get Pidgin to work with my Google account.

 

Here is the error I get when sending.
