Olark,

Olark Support spake unto us the following wisdom:
> There is a plugin for Pidgin called "XMPP console". If you activate
> that, it will allow you to log all the raw XMPP stanzas you
> receive/send, including presence packets that have buddy information.
> Do you know what exactly you're looking for? I can provide perspective
> from the Olark back-end side of things, if needed.

This is great. I mean that in all seriousness. We get a LOT of
questions from Olark users, both here and in our IRC/XMPP support
channels, often for topics we cannot help with. (The number one
question is, of course, "why do I get authorization failures?".) As a
Pidgin developer, I greatly appreciate this timely and topical answer
from Olark to an Olark support question. It often seems like Olark
users are being foisted upon us with no recourse, and this response
serves to fight that image.

Here's to more. (And maybe a reply to the original message, rather
than a digest, but now we're nitpicking.)

Thanks,
Ethan
