Requesting for help

Hi Team

 

I'm facing issue in connecting to pidgin(status showing as available and pop up getting like disconnected tried many times and failing) only and I'm able to access oracle corporation sites.

 

I tried to enable account but there showing "diable option".

 

As well please let  me know how to configure for IRC in pidgin.
