Pidgin Purple Plugin

Hello, I am trying to install the purple plug in pack for Pidgen 2.10.7 on
a Windows based machine.  I understand that you need to extract a dll file
to the appropriate folder, but the only downloads I see do not contain any
DLLs.  Do you know where I can find the correct purple plugin for my
version and any necessary installation instructions?
