Pidgin - 'blist.xml'

Hi

I would like to know if exist any way to configure Pidgin to stop using the
file 'blist.xml'.
This file doesn't store the correct buddy list. When I close Pidgin and
delete this file, the buddy list starts showing correctly, acording the
data from server.
Even when I restarted Openfire the 'blist.xml' wasn't update.
