pidgin account setup help

[Rostami, Fari CIV SPAWARSYSCEN-PACIFIC, 55180]

Pidgin Support,

I just downloaded pidgin app from http://pidgin.im/ and installed it on my machine.

I'm trying to activate my account (add account), but I'll keep getting "Incorrect Password" error message. 

FYI, I'm using my SPAWAR username and PW (not expired).  

Here is my Jabber address:

frostami at jabber.spawar.navy.mil

Please, advise.
