Cannot connect to facebook chat

yes I get an error message. Have attached it with this email.

Had earlier tried the steps at facebook.com (
https://www.facebook.com/sitetour/chat.php), tried it again now, but am
facing the same problem.

Still not able to login. Any help, will be much appreciated.
