Hi Ashley. It's not clear from your email... are you trying to create a new AIM account? If so, Pidgin is not capable of this. You must do it via the AIM website. If you already have an account, it sounds like the password you've entered is incorrect. If you're not sure what the correct password is then you can try resetting it via the AIM website.
