icq lists manage always visible how to do in pidgin question

hi! i would like to know how i can manage lists from icq in pidgin
(always visible = these contacts can see your real status also if you
are invisible) ... on which menü in pidgin can i do that; because i
want to make someone see me also when i am invisible (icq) in pidgin!
