Not Receiving Messages

Hi David,

I am not receiving messages from other staff members. We all use the same system, but for some reason I am not receiving their messages. 

Where can I find a Pidgin debug log to send?

The key question here is:  users of what?  The answer is not Pidgin. 
For any significant help from this list you will need to tell us the answer to that question, or provide a Pidgin debug log from which it can be deduced.
