Not Receiving Messages

My Pidgin account is through the internal messaging system that we use at work and is not linked to any other accounts.

My work password has not changed.

Check the accounts you have set up and make sure your username and passwords are correct.
If you have changed your password on (for example) in gmail then you would need to update your password in Pidgin for that account.
