Account Disabled

Hi there, 

 

I am trying to use my Pidgin account yet am receiving an error message stating that my account has been disabled and will not allow me to re-enable the account. Unsure of steps necessary to remedy this. My account is ian.gordon at oracle.com/ILGORDON-US (beehive).
