Which Proxy for a "Videotron" email address?

Hi,

 

I have an email address with "Videotron" (http://www.videotron.com).

 

Which "proxy" should I be using? 

 

MSN use to work, but not anymore. It now says "Connection error from
Notification server: Connection refused"
