Change my bonjour name

Using Pidgin on a windows computer on a bonjour network in my home. This
computer has been given an irrelevant name ("Steve Person", and my last
name isn't Person) by which bonjour messages sent via Pidgin are
identified. Otherwise messaging works fine. I see that bonjour names can be
changed on OS X computers, but how can I change my bonjour name on a
Windows computer?
