The English text underlying that Bengali message is: "Unable to 
connect".  That is so generic that it gives no clue as to which service 
you are trying to access, or what went wrong.  Providing the debug log 
should help answer that.  If possible, override your locale to English 
as I'm not sure if any of the regular experts can read Bengali.
