Pidgin Support

Dear Support,

I have a few users that whenever the system is restarted or the app is closed out and opened again, the accounts would disappear. They go away then you have to add them manually again.

This is on a windows 7 pro 64bit platform with the newest version of pidgin.

Do you have any idea why it would do this?
