Getting 'invalid xmpp id message

It sounds like you've entered an incorrect Username or  Domain for the
account you're trying to set up.

For example for a bob at privatexmppdomain.com:

Username: bob
Domain: privatexmppdomain.com

Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces.
