Unable to Add Google Talk Account

I'm trying to add a google account using our company domain.
I'm not sure if I am not using the correct settings but currently I get 
an "Unable to Connect" message. I was able to log in with my  non-google 
domain Gmail account but not my company one with the domain. I have no 
proxy to worry about.
