Cannot Seem to Make the System Work

I'm afraid my email stalled and the responses to this were in the
backlog, so I incorrectly assumed that the original question
hadn't been answered.

Unfortunately, it looks like no one on the list is familiar with that 
service, and no one has experienced the symptom.
