Help with pidgin

Hello Pidgin Team!

 

I am having trouble with the pidgin set up, as most of my contacts appear as offline all the time.

 

I tried to delete it and re-install it but the problem persists.

 

Also, by trying to fix this, I have changed the color, letter set up and don't know how to correct this.

 

I appreciate your help very much and look forward to your instructions.
