Yahoo Messenger can't connect - Couldn't get login cookies

Another issue regarding Yahoo Messenger is that I'm unable to delete buddies.
Well, first of all, I had to add each one by myself. Later on, I
deleted a couple of them, but they keep coming back each time I login.
