dubble messagge problem

hello there! my pidgin send's duplicate messagges.. why? any idea? tnx! :)

version Pidgin 2.13.0 (libpurple 2.13.0)

plugin's: messagge notifications 2.13.0, off the record 4.0.2, pidgin encryption 3.1, privacy please 0.7.1
