403 registration failed

Hello, I had a problem with Pidgin, I would be happy if you would help me.

I tried to add an account twice with different usernames and it didn’t work, still the same error, can you help me please? I tried it with XMPP protocol and 0day.ms domain to get into the 0day forums.
