xmpp: URLs in Windows?

At it's most simple, you can use

xmpp:romeo at montague.net

But you can get more complicated and use

xmpp:romeo at montague.net?message;body=Here%27s%20a%20test%20message

to include a message.

Other examples from https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0147.html that Pidgin
supports are "?roster" to add someone to the buddy list and "?join" to
join a group chat/MUC

Cheers,
Eion
