No pop-up notifications

Hi all,



I have an office with multiple users using Pidgin 2.12.0 on Windows 7. Most
of my users receive a pop-up notification when a new IM arrives (as in the
IM pops up over what they are working on). For the last couple installs
I’ve done, however, the pop-up notifications do not happen. This requires
the user to stop periodically and manually check Pidgin for any new IMs.
This is obviously not ideal. I’ve changed settings around every which way
and nothing seems to help. I’ve tried upgrading to the most recent version
(2.13.0) but to no avail. Can anyone help me?
