Cant seem to connect my xmpp.jp dont know what I'm doing wrong

I can add it just fine and it seems to take it but then when it tries to connect me it errors out.  The "Available" icon below keeps spinning and spinning and then it errors out.  Am I missing something with the xmpp.jp?  I dont know what I'm missing can anyone help?  Lost sole on pidgin.  thanks.
