Except when it's not.

There is only a handful of people that can help with more uncommon questions and you are lucky if they find yours interesting enough to comment on.

Recently I tried making making a Unicode smiley theme based on the instructions I found on the site.
When it didn't work I asked for assistance, both here and on Reddit.
Got a nice round number of replies.

So yes, it is not the most thriving ecosystem.
