Question about setting up Pidgin 2.13.0 using Debian 10 (Linux) to connect to Twitter

As far as I can tell, all the Twitter plugins are third party, so you 
should seek support from whoever provided the plugins you are using. 
The message will be from a plugin, not from Pidgin itself.
