Hi again,

The error is saying that there's some kind of problem with the server-side.  You might want to get in contact of the admins of the XMPP server you're trying to connect to, to try to resolve

The Messenger is not able to connect. We are using the Messenger from
different Locations, so I’m pretty sure it is not a problem with our
network.

Have You already heard of users having the same Problem today?
