 I'd like to see the ticket reports changed a little bit.  Specifically:

  * Add a "Tickets I Submitted" report
  * Perhaps add a "Tickets I {Am Watching,Have Commented On}" type report.

 These things may exist (if so, I didn't see them), but I think they'll
 help our users keep track of their issues and perhaps be a little better
 about communicating changes to us.

 I looked briefly at the SQL and decided someone else can probably do this
 faster than I can; if no one is inclined, I'll take another look.  I'm not
 a SQL guy.  ;-)
