Comment:

 I've applied a patch to the AccountManager plugin that adds "Remember Me"
 functionality: http://www.trac-hacks.org/ticket/131

 It seems to work ok and will remember you for 30 days.
 However, it doesn't discriminate between trivial and administrative
 actions- I'm not sure how much of a concern this is.
