 If we choose to stay with SVN, then just s/Monotone/SVN/ here.

 We should have integration between Monotone and Trac so that we can mark
 bugs as closed in a commit message and it would drop that information into
 the ticket. If the commit is on the trunk, it should close the ticket.
 Ideally, on merges, it would automatically close any tickets where updates
 are being merged into trunk, but I'm not sure that's necessary.
