 Trademarks are a pain.  They MUST be enforced or they are legally lost.
 This legal reality has created the current friction between debian and
 mozilla, as the legal requirements on "enforcing" your trademark are
 different than those on copyright.  I'd rather avoid this mess if we
 reasonably can.  Note that I'm not a lawyer, so this represents my
 understanding of the law, not legal advice.
