 libpurple has a gaim-compat.h so that (I assume) plugins won't completely
 fail when updating to pidgin 2.0.

 I've noticed that some plugins utilise GaimGtkWindow, which is now
 PidginWindow but there's no corresponding gaimgtk-compat.h to facilitate
 this.
