Comment:

 I've updated the docs "by hand" because "I was reminded to". ;)

 Basically what needs to be done is to run `make docs` and then replace
 /home/var/doxygen/dev/html with the generated doc/html

 I'll set up a script to do this and then we can decide if we want to
 automate it somehow.
