 When users enter a room, on FreeNode, for example, a message like this is
 printed:
 (00:00:00) someuser [i=foo at 127.0.0.1] entered the room.

 In that example, "foo at 127.0.0.1" will be linkified into
 "mailto:foo at 127.0.0.1".
