 Historically, I have committed translations that people have submitted,
 and then left the submitter in charge of that translation, committing
 whatever they give me.  I see no reason to change that pattern now.  It
 sounds to me like you expect me to copy the existing translation because
 it is better than nothing, but are hoping that either I will find a
 translator to correct it (as it were), or that someone will appear out of
 the woodwork to do so.

 If there's no one willing to do the correcting _now_ to submit something,
 then there's no reason for me to worry about this language.
