 Ok, just to track the progress, here is the bug for the inclusion of
 Afrikaans traslations into NSIS:
 https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=373087&aid=1699558&group_id=22049
 (it is already accepted).

 I hope they make a new release soon. I assume that will be sufficient, and
 we'll upgrade to that version. By the way, what's up with the language
 names in the file?  It seems related to Aspell, and there is also an
 Aspell dictionary for Afrikaans.

 Anyway, it is on ice for now.
